I do not teach sovereignty because I read about it.
I teach it because I had to reclaim it in my own body, my own voice, my own relationships, and my own life.

The Journey Home
For more than two decades, I lived inside a marriage and relational pattern that required me to confront the places I had abandoned myself.
Betrayal, codependency, trauma, motherhood, faith, identity, and survival all became part of my initiation.
For a long time, I looked outside myself for answers. For permission. For validation. For someone to name what I already knew but did not yet trust.
I had to come home to myself.
Self Source Sovereign was born from that homecoming.

What I Believe
Sovereignty is a Practice
It is not a destination. It is the daily practice of returning to your own body, honoring your own knowing, and making choices from a place of embodied truth rather than performance or fear.
Connection Requires Boundaries
True belonging cannot exist where self-abandonment is required. Mature connection asks us to stay with ourselves while we stay with others.
Healing is Relational
While we must become our own source of authority, we do not heal in isolation. We heal in communities and relationships that can hold our truth without trying to fix or control us.
Leadership is Responsibility
Ethical leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about emotional presence, clear agreements, and the capacity to hold space without creating dependency.
